Nic Westwood is a New York trained, Sydney based actor with great love for the works of William Shakespeare, Marina Carr, Tom Stoppard, Joss Whedon, and J.K. Rowling.

After completing a BA in English Literature and a Diploma in Book Editing and Publishing, Nic decided to have another crack at her life long passion: acting. She attended a Summer Program at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and, under amazing instruction, the flame for performing was certainly reignited. Nic then moved to New York to attend the Full Time Conservatory at the Atlantic Acting School, founded by David Mamet and William H. Macy. She had the pleasure of working on scenes from phenomenal playwrights under the tutelage of masterful and compassionate teachers as well as having the opportunity to perform on Atlantic's Stage 2 Theatre. In their time at Atlantic, Nic and her final semester classmates also founded Plinth Theatre Company. Completing the conservatory program in December 2013, she spent the next year and half creating productions with fellow artists and friends both old and new, including becoming a founding member of The Savage Detectives Theatre Company.

Nic moved back to Sydney, Australia in April 2015 and is currently finding her feet in the Australian market as well as enjoying traveling, baking and beauty blogging!
